Start by slipping a small tool under the corner pieces at top of a-pillars. Then work in uder the long pieces and roll them off from the top toward you. Stainless wont give or spring much but it will give just enough to come off.
I'd rather end up with sore finger tips than use can opener shaped tools that will scar the trim. Hope this helps.
