I've actually seen this car in person. It was at Baughman's auto salvage in York, PA a couple of years ago. What an ugly little car, lol. But I wouldn't mind having some of the parts on it for the Scamp.

Yes that car was at Carlisle last year. Not exactly a desireable resto, but it did appear the workmenship was very good, he didn't cut too many corners if any. So, if your going to go to that detail and expense why just not restore it in a "traditional" manner?
 
Looks like the wheels are photoshopped. Just doesn't look right. Some of the other side shots are ok, but not the main first one for some reason...?

Would be a neat weekend driver, but don't like the idea of doing the "Dukes of Hazzard" entry every time! Would get the pretty white seats too dirty quick.
