Greetings to all. My name is Bob Leske from the small town of Cuero, Texas. I'm 61 years old but as of late, feeling 16 again after acquiring my '67 Dodge Dart GTS convertible, of course with the 383-4bbl., 4spd., and posi-trac rear end. the car appears to be in great shape. Some of you who have been around here for a long time may even know or have seen the car before. She's turquoise blue, black top and black interior. I was able to purchase the car at the recent Mecum auction in Dallas. Probably paid too much but am tickled to death that it's mine now. I'll try to figure out how to post a couple a pictures of her on here, not too computer literate. I am so pleased to have found this web site, appears to be a fantastic source of news and information from a lot of you guys (and gals I suppose) who are really in the know when it comes to the Dodge A-bodies. Looking forward to exploring the site in order to help get my new baby in tip-top condition. And a big thank you out to Mr. 65Val for responding to my first question I posted here. A little more about me. I grew up in the car business. My dad started a Chrysler-Plymouth dealership in Cuero in 1964 and acquired the Dodge franchise in 1968 so I truly have blue Mopar blood running through my veins. I spent 34 years in the family business until Chrysler Corp. went bankrupt in 2009 and we were one of the 900 some odd dealerships to have our franchise terminated. So still have a sour taste for Chrysler Corp. specifically but will and always have had a love for all the great muscle cars they produced in the late sixties and early seventies. My only other muscle car is a 1966 Hemi Coronet 440 2dr. hardtop, red, auto., posi-trac and a numbers matching 426 under the hood. I'll be introducing myself later on the sister web site, for-B-bodies-only, as I just recently acquired this baby as well. Thanks to all of you who make this site so great.
