I get the same thing with you. I just removed a conversation, you may have to do the same, try again...

How to delete conversation not sure

Hit the envelope looking thing on the top right then hit
"show all". It will bring up your conversations then you check the small radio box next to Participants on each conversation then a box will open up at the bottom and it asks what you want to do, stupid technology but it works...
