Has anybody used these motor mounts?

Those are expensive motor mounts. I just got some for 7 bucks each at oreillys auto parts store...

You can make these. Just drill a mount thru, countersink the face, insert the bolt you set this all up for and tack weld in about ~1/16" from the plate. Or just run a torque strap or solid mounts like Yellow said.

If you don't want to do it yourself, then go with the Mancini Mag mounts. They run less then half of the eBay set.

Holy chit those are as expensive as toilet paper! Buy the 7$ ones , I wouldn’t solid mount ,unless it’s a race car .

They drive much better with solid mounts. That’s why I’m ditching my junk spool mount K member so I can run the solid mounts.
Any rubber, poly what ever type mount let’s the engine move around. You can tell as soon as the car moves the engine is moving the mounts.

And I'll sell anyone that wants a almost new pair of Moroso solid mounts as soon as my Poly loc mounts get here. With the solid mounts you feel all the vibrations all the way to your dentures. I used them when I was younger, but not at this age. At least not in my street cruiser.

I’ll take them. PM me when you are ready. I don’t have the new K member yet, but that will happen soon.

If you break your dentures I will make you some new ones!

I have a set of these on my 340 Dart. I will use them again on my current project. If you have ever had the stock biscuit mount tear apart and come loose, the first victim is your fan shroud coming in contact with the fan as the engine rotates up on the remaining mount. I first did this with my Dad's 318 Dart at 30,000 miles. I was 16 and I crept it home having no idea what I had done.
In this version of the mount, instead of the studs being welded to the plate it projects from, the studs run through the rubber and attach to the plate on the opposite side. There is no way to tear this biscuit apart. Period. At the same time you have the advantage of the vibration insulation of the rubber, so no teeth rattling... and significantly less vibration than a hard poly mount. It's a lot cheaper than most set ups to limit engine travel and looks a lot neater in the engine compartment than bolted chains, etc. I got mine from Year One if you want to compare prices. I put the ones in my Dart in 2000 and they still work great. I would hate to guess how many stock mounts I would have torn up in that time, and how much ancillary damage I would have done. This is Cheap, simple insurance and I'd easily pay that much for a set if it was the going rate.

I bought the cheap ones and have had them a long time. Still going. Yes I do beat on the car every now and then. I'll probably break one now that I said that. Lol I should probably replace them with a fresh set as the rubber is now very old.

those are a bit much for what you get , i use schumacher mounts as my car ripped the stock mounts after 2 weeks . make your own like suggested above or use solids , though the solids do transmit a lot more vibrations trough the car

You know, Jesse James & Pancho Villa used a gun to rob people. LMAO There is no way in HELL I would pay that price for a pair of motor mounts, There are quality parts available for our cars without being bent over & loaded like a shotgun.
