A) Adapted a stock early ('65 in my case) fuel tank/pickup to an in-tank pump? If so, what pump did you use? 5/16 or 3/8 lines? I prefer not to sump the tank, if possible. The car is a driver/cruiser/long hauler, not a street brawler.
B) Regarding small block Hydraulic Roller Cams.....a Magnum style cam can be used in a '88-'93 block as long as you use an electric fuel pump?
I have also heard of a fuel pump excentric adapter for using a mechanical fuel pump?
I am looking at converting my 318 equiped '65 Valiant over to one of the currently available self learning FI deals but have heard that the frame rail mounted fuel pumps are fairly noisy.
Mucho thanks.......
Bob
