Yes. Everyone in this thread has been telling you factory manuals are far superior when compared to generic manuals even if it is an old Chilton. Believe it or not there is wiring differences on every year so it isn't just limited to the way the tail lights look.

You only get what you pay for.

Yes the wiring changes from year to year. The manuals in this thread are for the year prior to my car.
I was just making a statement that someone I was friends with over 40 years and 2000 miles ago would show up at my home with his Chilton manual and give it to me.
I was impressed
