Hazard, time delay and seat belt wiring questions

72 DART Swinger 318/904. The hazard and ignition key lamps do not work. The seat belt wiring, buzzer and lamp have been disconnected.

It looks like key lamp work with the others disconnected, is that correct?

The schematic shows a 2 prong connector with 1 pink and 2 black wires for the hazard. The issue is I can't seem to find it. I looked near the glove box and around the brake pedal lever.

Any suggestions where to look for it?
