head light adjustment

I installed new lights on my 67 barracuda, while trying to adjust the drivers side it will not go up near high enough. Is there a way to get more adjustment out of the light. The passenger side I could go coon hunting with but no luck on the drivers side, Illustration with instructions would be nice but IM game for all suggestions, I dont need alot more to bring it up to standard but I do need a little.

You might need to pull all that stuff out and make surer the hardware is all good so it adjusts all the way.
If you have to you can put a spacer of sorts behind the bulb at the bottom of the bucket where the bulb contacts the metal (A piece of a zip tie works pretty good) and the thickness of a zip tie strap will give you another 10 feet or so of up adjustment out there where the light shines.

Thats the kind of adjustment Im looking for, how do I get to it to do it.

Made some small adjustments to the headlight buckets, waiting for dark but I think Im ok now.
