Need some ideas guys. With the headlights on low beam, they're very dim. I checked voltage at the headlights and only had about 6.5v. On high beam they seem fine, and read about 11.8v at headlights. I have replaced both the headlight switch and dimmer switch, but that did not fix it. The wire coming into the dimmer switch from the headlight switch (a light green one) has 11.8v. The wire coming out of the dimmer switch going to the low beams (a violet one) reads only 6.5v. Is the new dimmer switch bad?

Double-check your grounds to the headlights (all front lighting). There are a couple located on the core support on each side of the car. You want to make sure they are tight and clean.

Inspect the harness between the bulkhead connector and the front of the car.
