I have installed both, the last one was the abs and went in fine. I guess it depends on what you want in your car. The one thing about the abs is the sail panels do not come with the headliner, you have to buy those as well.
If you like the look of the fabic ones then go that route, do you have the bows?

I took out a cardboard liner and had a vinyl headliner professionally installed. I bought the bows from a member, and the headliner from Dante's. Cost me $150 for the installation, but it was done right and looks good. Too bad the car is up on jackstands this summer, or I might get a chance to enjoy it!
