heads and crank ?

I have a set of heads on my 360 with the numbers 3769974. Question- Can yall tell me anything about them and are they even worth trying to get performance out of them.

Crank- I pick up a crank from a buddy with the numbers 3418640 or 3418840 it also has an X on it. What can yall tell me about this crank.
