Heater switch. Which is which?

So I was looking at some of my heater controls and noticed a difference in switches. The switch on the left had a part # starting 27... the right 28... I'm thinking the left switch is a 67 and the right a 68 to 70, 71? Anyone know for sure.Thanks

Scrape down to the numbers, then Google. I cant remember which is which, but I believe it's the year differences you mentioned.
 
The pointed one that could poke a eyeball out is pre 68. Rounded one is 68 through possibly 72.

My 73 Swinger has the switch on the left, and the Wife’s 72 swinger has the switch on the right.
