Yeah what I meant about the cruise control was it felt like the throttle was stuck, as far as timing I figured I should verify that. I adjusted the advance plate in the distributor. It was maxed out to full advance, so I shortened the gap, via the 2 torx screws, and used a 5/32 drill bit. So once I drop it back in I will set base timing i'll see how much advance it has now then set idle mix to best vacuum, then do some wot pulls and see how it is.
