I should be able to tell you in about 3 weeks if they fit a big block 4-speed a body. The quality and finish is much nicer than the last set of Hooker Headers I looked at.

I'm not a betting man, but if I was, I'd bet you a quarter they decided they fit any Mopar that has a big block, whether they do or not.

Yes it is. Getting the #7 tube away from the firewall is a good thing.

It depends on where it ends up in 3D space though.
FWIW the Hedmans that were on my 71 did not have the #7 routed like the ones shown in the Jeg's listing. It was more like the one on the ebay listing.
The headers in the Jeg's listing look similar to the Hooker Supercomps on my road runner. The shape of the pipe leaves a gap to snake a mini starter out if you pull the steering column.

Nobody ever said Summit or any other vendor said they'd fit. It's a well known fact they they will fit either with some tube denting or sometimes they just fall in and work. It's a people have actually done it thing.

They have 3" tail pipes for $5 cheaper than summit. The shipping on a set of tail pipes and the headers was just under $15.
I typically have the headers blasted and bathe them in VHT flame proof.

In case anyone is searching for this info, they fit. I’m thinking that dinging is going to be a car by car basis. Only way to find out is to test fit them. 74 swinger 383, Schumacher conversion mounts on stock slant six spool mount K frame, slant six bars. I thinking bigger t bars would guarantee more dinging.

Erm..... read carefully. Those are listed as fitting slant sixes, as well as both small and big blocks. Wow!

Fyi Hooker headers are made in China.
The s/w speed headers are TTI quality and this is my first hand knowledge from having sets of each here to compare.
The ebay auction clearly states what the product fits in the ad description. If you cannot comprehwnd that I can't help but blame public schooling.

You would like to think that they are made in the USA with offshore steel. Engine is coming off of the dyno today. I will report back on the hookers and SWS brands.
