Help decode fender tag 74 cuda

I could be WAY off base, but that doesn't look like a 74 Cuda fender tag to me :scratch:

They went to that type of tag around 1981 or so.

It seems like that tag came from a 1985 dodge van the was blue... I might be completely wrong. But that's my guess.
