Help ID these cars

I saw these two cars while at work today off the side of the road, kinda hidden. I recognize the Cuda of course, but was wondering if anyone knows the year and also I don't know what the other car is. I'm trying to get better at year recognition, and I couldn't get any closer, private property etc. Anyone know???

I think 62 Monterey Convertible. Not a common car in any form.

I worked on a 2 door hard top for the original owner. It was a 390 auto car. Full frame. The aluminum gill is about .188" thick. Heavy car, nice ride though. Some had 406's in the S-55 version.

The windshield trim on the 67' has been changed to the 68'-69' style

I guessed 68 on the Cuda and about a 63 on the ? Kinda thought Comet but I dunno. Thanks for the responses!

Pretty sure it's a 62 Mercury. Full size. Same as a Ford Galaxy. Might be a Monterey.
