Help identify trunk supports

Need some help please. Im going to be replacing my trunk floor and extensions on my 1975 Scamp. It has these supports going from the floor to the trunk gutter. I have found nothing about them. Just wondering if I need to reinstall them since most a bodies don't have them.

If the factory put bracing in, I sure would too.

I never saw them on a a-body. Where would the bumper jack be mounted with them in place. But I never owned a 74-76 dart , Valiant or Scamp with the park bench bumpers on the rear.

I would cut the spotwelds out & re-install them, if they are still in decent shape. I would think they were put there for some reason.
