Help identifying body panel needed?

Below are some pics of a rusted out piece under my 1969 Barracuda. it is located under the rear seat and ends where the rear floor pan starts. I was going to replace both sides but I don't know what they are called or if they are available through AMD or others. Any input is helpful. And yes, I was going to replace the rear frame rails. Thanks.

I think it's called the rear floor pan or under seat pan. You can probably get it as a 1 piece or 2 piece set up from AMD. Personally, I would go with the 1 piece unit if you have the room to place it in the car, & you should if you remove all of the interior parts.
 
Driver's side rear floor pan. I replaced both rear pans in my 64 Valiant, Vixen. It's not a terribly hard job. Basically, if I can do it, a chimp can do it. I got my pans from Auto Body Specialties.
