Help on an exchange.

Hi my names Dan. I have a set of 1.03 tortion bars, unused of course, I would like to exchange for a set of .92. I have called several times no answer from customer service left a couple voice mails, haven't heard back. I tried the email but that doesn't seem to be working? So I thought I would try to get a hold of you guys on here. It seems like you guys have a small staff so I understand you guys are probably pretty bussy. Anyway if you could get a hold of me with instructions that be great. I don't have the original invoice, hope that's not a problem?

Can you tell me what email address that you are using? If you would please pm me your full name, the address that we sent the bars to and the year, make and model of your Mopar. I will pull the paper work and work with you on getting an exchange going.
