Help please. 74 dart electrical problems

Hello my name is Nathan Baluski
I own a 74 dart sport. I owed my car for a couple years and this year i redid the dash but now it wont start. When i bought the car the owner hacked the electrical up so i needed to fix it and i did my best but im still a bit new in the electrical game. When my dad and i straightened up some of the wires there was this electrical box that basically fell into pieces but when glued it back together and the car ran good for 3years so i just kinda forgot about it until now. i have a few pics if you know what this part is called or when i can find it that would be great thankyou

I believe that's the seat belt interlock. There are a few differences in wiring, but you can download a 73 shop manual for free here:

Your car probably has the dreaded seat belt interlock reset box under the dash, here

There should be two "yellowish" wires going to that box. Cut them and connect the harness end of the wires permanently together.

If you are not interested in the thing "buzzing" you can unplug that mess in your hand
