Help wanted!

I need to buy 4 fasterners that is mounted on the inner fender. They holds the front splash shield to the inner fender at the top. I bought a set from Altha Fasterners but they were wrong. They were 3/82.

Here is the picture of the new "nut" and the orginal one mounted to the inner fender.

Any info on a good supplier?
