Help with finding some info I couldn't find with search. Dakota conical washers

I read about someone had used these special washers to center bolts on QA-1 K frame. I have this and the supplied washers are flat and bolts are not centered in mounts.
Somebody remembers, I hope.

Mopar part #6100235 is for the steering rack on '87-'96 Dakota pickups. It's described as "WASHER - .625 CONICAL" in the Mopar parts system. Dealer list is $6.00 each, seems to be still available.

Online photos aren't much help, but it's referenced by #42 in the diagram below (inset):
