Hemi heads for the LA engine

Anyone ever hear what happened to the company that was going to release Hemi heads for the LA block? It was before the Gen 3 Hemi came out. I figured it was **** canned knowing they were defeated when the Gen 3 came out. Any of you old timers remember this?

Asked about this a couple of years ago, nobody else had ever seen one in the flesh, either. Too expensive, too many proprietary parts, flow numbers are pretty underwhelming...
Don't know if they're still available, but the website is still active.

I think the heads were out before the new HEMI was.

I think those were all the same reasons Chrysler dropped the first and second generations.

Would be easier just to make a new head and manifold without the Siamese intakes and exhausts.
