Hi everyone! Thanks for letting me join the group. I live in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex and I own a 1972 Mexican Super Bee. It's very rare and I will export it to the US very soon. It was the Mexican 318 with the 270 HP, a 4 speed manual transmission with a Hurst shifter. It in great shape! I have attached a few pictures for your enjoyment. Leo

Yes sir! That's the way they came with 270hp from factory. My understanding is that they were more powerful than the US 318.

Where did you get this front Air Dam from?

I'm really liking it.

Very cool. I believe the factory 318 US/Can was around 230 hp.
Curious what was used in the 270hp version
They came from factory with 340 parts, no emissions equipment to reduce power. There is a video in Spanish that claims the Mexican 318 was underrated at 270hp and was really 300hp. It also came from factory with NO power steering, heater and a/c so no accessories draining the power.

What a cool car, I love it! I saw one here a few years ago at a World of Wheels show, first time I had heard of one, thanks for sharing the pictures and the link to the articles.
