My garage area, ("work shop") is a fairly large, two car, carport. I never got around to installing a folding door or roll up door, otherwise it's enclosed all the way around. Anyway, most of the weather elements are insignificant. I went to use my blast cabinet (that I hadn't used in several days, went to put my hand in the left glove and got a surprise. Now my use of the blaster is on hold for a while. :)

That's pretty neat. Ya gotta love nature. I have nesting doves, robins, and mallard ducks all around me. The ducklings have grown and are now gone, the doves and robins are still nesting. Thank god the canada geese haven't landed here.

I have outdoor projects put on hold till everybody vacates the premises.

Fortunately they haven't taken up residency in my garage yet.

Mama Owl couldn't have picked a much noisier place on the asphalt plant to build
That 4x4 duct right behind them 250°-350° when the plant was well under way.

Especially the work boots!

A few years ago we had to install some control wiring for a big (huge) diesel backup generator that was housed in it's own building. It had exhaust pipes connected to it that went out through the wall. Well, it had sat unused for a couple of months, and when it was ready to be fired up for testing there were nests inside one of the pipes--Me and two of my guys were standing outside when they started it and it was like an egg cannon. 4 or 5 eggs shot out and nailed two trucks parked outside. That was hilarious. They put screens on them after that..

Around here, when the chicks start chirping a black snake hears a dinner bell.
I have to leave the riding mowers hood up every time I park it or the sparrows will start a nest on top of the engine.
