MSN.com weather is forecasting a "high" temp of -14F for Chicago on Wednesday. The night temps are supposed to be down to -21F with a possible windchill of -50F overnight.
Better bundle up!

I bet we win tomorrow. Right now temps are dropping and its -19 with a real feel of -53. The low on Wednesday is supposed to be -28 to -35 depending which weather you look at, with the wind it will be interesting. I guess we are supposed to be beating a hundred some year old record.

We are getting the same here in New Hampshire with 6-10 " of snow . I doubt if the tractor will start in this weather . the fuel will jell . Say a prayer , my wife has a doctors visit tomorrow .

I'm not in Chicago, but supposed to be 44 below zero wind chill when I get off of work tonight. Tomorrow will be worse
 
Suppose to be 51below wind chill by me in the morning. Schools have been cancelled till fri my work shutdown til Friday but the wife works at white castle they'll be open wtf
 
We had record lows last night here in NE Iowa. This weekend it's supposed to be in the mid 40's.. WTF!

That's a 70° swing.
 
Last night the news had some 80 year old woman weather expert talking about how global warming was causing this weather. Global warming split the polar vortex.
She must have been the only one they could find to say that publicly and that's why they used her.

Man, it was 76* in the shop, and the mid 50's when I went out and JB-Welded up a leaky freezeplug on my lunch break today. I had to put on a long sleeved shirt.

You guys gotta quit ******* up my global warming!

We made it through the cold...

I even made it to work on Wednesday...

It's not like Chicago isn't used to cold weather, but it was pretty cold... You just need to add an extra layer of clothes to your "normal" outdoor outfit and make sure the outer layer is wind proof... (Not cloth...)
