Been reading these fourmns for last 2 weeks and decided to join, car is pretty much all original except the motor someone did a nice restoration, im afraid its been sitting under a cover in a garage for some years, so im starting to fix small things on it, only big thing so far is the rear end whined really good and the car had a 741 case with 3.23 gears, hard to find. So i decided to get a 489 case with 3.23 and hopefully not have to worry about it. Im keeping the 741 case and will learn how to rebuild might put a 3.55 in it and have it as my spare. Would like to do a lot to this car, nothing crazy just want a nice street ride, but try to keep the integrity of the car. Im sure I will have tons of questions.

My eyeballs tell me that’s an awesome street ride. Enjoy doing what you want to though.

Wow, that's a real beauty! My favorite color too.
Best friend had a 69 GTS in the late 70's/early 80's, we had some incredible times in that car.

Welcome to FABO from another '69 Dart owner in SoCal.
Good looking ride...brings back memories. The original president of the first car club I belonged to back in the early '70s (Orange Coast Darts) had a '69 Dart just like yours.
Let's just say we pulled some tricks on him. Back then computer programming was done with punch cards (Fortran). One of our club members gathered a bag full of the punched-out chads. They ended up getting dropped down into his cowl vents and the next time he opened his under-dash fresh air vents - WHOOSH it was a blizzard of chads inside of his Dart!
