ok, I know how to ID a TQ, because that is all i have ever worked with.

However, i know i have some HOLLEY carbs but i have no idea where they came from.

Where do i look for numbers? what is there to look for?

On four barrel Holleys, look on the choke horn on the driver's side. There will be the word LIST and a number after that. That's the number you want. Such as LIST 4779 or LIST 1850 or LIST 3310.

Thanks for the Presidential support, btw, but I wouldn't make a very good one I'm afraid.

Ok, so once I find the numbers....where do I find a list or something telling me what the numbers mean??

Here's a listing. Keep in mind that the listings are two pages wide...

I am going on a limb, here . I would look /ask / beg,for an actual Holley paper catalog. I grabbed the Y2K catalog, when the NAPA I worked at shut down. It lists all the list numbers/ parts kits & numbers/ and basic adjustments. The best references, old catalogs(for my tastes) . Just a mention.

You can download it from the link that I provided above, or order a hard copy from Holley for some $$.
