Merv 13 20 X 20 filters, 4 pac from Honeywell $55.00, 20" box fan at Menards, $9.99. tape...$5 a roll? cardboard, probably in stock just hate to use the "good stuff" on this. Has college testing that shows it improves air quality, thinking most helpful with all this lingering smoke. my thought was to make a "U" channel frame to hold the filters so they slide in and out (careful there!), hinge the fan and put the unit on a rolling base. by the time I get to that...but I have ideas!

You're welcome. If you browse the internet, there are "plans" to build one. But I'm confident yours (and most others here) would be worlds above what they show.
