Homemade door panels

A couple years ago @j par and myself were talking about diy door panels. Well I finally got around to starting on mine. So far I'm very pleased with them. I am going to cover the bottom 3/4 with some vinyl to imitate the original and stain the top.

I got the door panels finished im extremely happy with them. I think they turned put great! Learned alot I could have done a few things differently if I ever do it again next time I will. I should have used a piece of thin padding behind the vinyl to hide any imperfections in the wood. Every little piece of dust showed up as a bump. And around the edges the staples raised the wood enough to show thru too. But im still happy with them.

Got them installed I love them. I am gonna have to redo the arm rests im not happy with how they turned out

You should it was easy and affordable and kinda fun learning something new. I enjoyed doing it I did learn a thing or two for next time.
