Hood hinge fasteners

Looking for a place to get the fasteners that hold the hood hinges on. Or another alternative. Thanks

They are called push nuts any hardware should have them

I would be aware of some of those China made week steel ones at some of the hardware stores. A few times of closing and opening the hood with some side force and the clip will be gone. Removing a fender from a nice painted car is never fun or worse. I would be drilling and pinning the end if i was using that junk

I just drilled a hole and put a pin threw the studs

those aren't made for hoods and heavy items, mostly used on plastic and trim pieces on newer cars when they don't have to hold much

I wonder what's keeping my hood on must be magic I've used them several times I will admit I do double them up

Hardware store. Though I am sure you can get them from the resto places if you like paying more for the same thing.
