hood stuck in up position

removed hood to paint engine copartment and hinges didnt remove hinges reattched hood when trying to cloee wont move any any suggestions

They are probably all gummed up with paint!

Just drive it with the hood up. It'll be a bit hard to see going forward and it'll have a lot of drag so drive slow.
