Looked at a bunch of threads first before posting seeing if I could figure this out (no). 65 Dart factory wheel, I've had this off a few times in past years. Installed a new turn signal cam a few years back. Horn worked fine till last summer, now it kind of hit and miss. If you find the sweet spot (usually the horn bar going straight down) it will work. Come back later it won't. Relay seems good, horn seems good, feels likes it's in the wheel. Does the black part (horn switch) do they go bad?

Most of the time I think this is going to be right there in the horn button contact or the "swivel" contact that allows movement. You could confirm this by parallelling a second push button switch---even temporarily.....and making sure that works when the factory one does not

Ha, ha, we're all old. I probably could have scavenged one from junk yard for $20 but then I'm stuck with another one 50 years old. Just glad someone's making new ones
