Woo hoo! Stock 318 Dyno numbers fresh off the Dyno today. Just thought I would share. Hopefully this is the last time I run it before it gets a HEMI upgrade.

1971 Dart Swinger 318... yes, this is RWHP.
 
The heck happened to the afr's at 2700-3k? Have a vacuum secondary carb? Despite being stock, it still has a bit left in it.
 
Yeah, I might be able to start winning some money at the drag strip! Lol.

It has a 4 barrel with a vacuum secondary, yes. It's nice and conservative right now... she has a couple weak spots and I need it to stay running. Didn't want hit 400hp yet! : )
 
No stock 318 will hit 219 RWP that I know of. Those are really good numbers.
 
220 is rwtq
162 is rwhp

Not bad really, when i bought my valiant it had a stock 225 that made 75rwhp, later discovered the exhaust restricted to about 3/4" at the flange plate. LOL
It was pretty reliable too (as long as you kept putting more oil in each time you drove it) :burnout:
 
Thats laying down some spank! AFR looks like maybe the vacuum spring needs to be a little stronger so it opens later, going lean because it opened too soon...?
