OK, check out this guy on ebay. This sounds like a better deal then the last one i showed you guys. What do ya think, worth it? I know i can pick one up that hasnt been rebuilt for cheaper, but if i buy one that hasnt been rebuilt and it needs to be rebuilt anyway, id be back up to the price of this one wouldnt I?

7260 (1.078") is the small yoke.
7290 (1.126") is the larger/stronger yoke.

Is this something i need to know when i buy the drive shaft setup or is the size of the yoke just a differenace in strength? Im sorry if i sound like a dumbass, but Ive never messed with rearends before (cept maybe the wifes).

Also, i have Moser axles with green bearings already on them. Will these axles go into this third member without a hitch? The person i bought them from was off ebay and i thought he mentioned something about not needing a crush sleve or something. I wouldnt think the green bearings would have any bearing on the axle ends sliding into the the third member, but i didnt understand why the seller would mention this. Sorry for the silly questions.

In a perfect world we would have the larger (1.126") yoke/u-joints.They are larger, and therefore stronger.

But if you buy a sure grip/housing that has the larger yoke, and your driveshaft has the smaller yoke, there is a u-joint that has both the larger and smaller size in one. There are also different size yoke's available.

What ever your plan is we will be able to set you up.Find the correct sure grip/housing for your axle, and we can go from there.

Not a bad price,,i buy my center sections from Randy's ring&pinion,he uses all new parts including the cases,he's more money but i've yet to have an issue with his work/quality,i've run 3 of his chucks in my cars, and going to be buying another one with a spool setup soon...
