how could I repair this

Just pulled this out to replace the seals and found more than I planned. Is there a way to repair, or do I need to search for a new one. 1965 barracuda.

I would look for a new one but if you cant find a new one and decide to repair .......3M 8115 can make that beautiful again. But as a last resort, once you figure materials costs and time, get a different one if you can.

When those boxes get old and temp cycled they get crumbly. Try to find the newest model year that fits. If not you can sand it well with 80 grit and fiberglass over it. SEM makes that Grey that matches perfectly. Dan

Thanks, just started looking for a new one. Will be a while before I needed it. Hopefully will be ready to paint in the next 30 days.

What half is that. I have a box from a 66 barracuda in the rafters.. I just know the front side is not in the best of shape. If its only the back half I can check it out tomorrow and let you know... Send me a PM.
