How do you pull out spark plug sleeve 360 5.9 Magnum

I am installing a set of headers on my 360 magnum in my dart and it looks like the sleeves on there will make it virtually impossible to pull out the spark plugs with headers bolted on. I have tried pulling them straight off but it doesn't seem to be working. Do they screw out? Any help is appreciated.

I think they are just pressed in, try rocking them out with pliers or visegrips.

Notice they are split from top to bottom. Grab near the split with pliers, and twist in the direction of the split. This will help it rotate, and you can pull it right out while doing so. I just "yanked" em out of a Jeep mag this weekend

they rust in pretty good, try spraying with some nut buster first and let soak

I would NOT pull them unless you got plugs or something in the hole. Lots o crap come loose when I yanked mine.

Grasping with vice grips and twisting to collapse the tube helps, as mentioned. I try to "roll" the cylinder up into a tighter roll.
