How do you remove horn button-69 Dart GTS?

I now this is elementary for most of you guys, but I've never done it. I have a 69 Dart GTS and I need to remove the horn button to get it dyed to match my interior dashboard.

How doe sit come off?

The car is already restored but the guy had ther wrong color hor button leather. I don't want ot start hacking away at the steering wheel or column.

In most caes you will just twist it off counter clockwise. That should work.

Depends what kinda horn it is. Most seem to push down then rotate counter clockwise. My '69 Valiant with the deluxe half horn ring, you have to gently pry the center emblem out, the remove the horn pad with a socket, then the horn ring with a screwdriver.
