I have now converted to a B&M Floor shifter, but I can't for the life of me get that handle off the column! I tried drilling, and tapping it out with no results! Whet the hell is that pin made of??

Any ideas on getting that handle, or that pin out?

Thanks!

The pin is made of spring steel, very hard. You should be able to use a flat punch that needs to be same diameter as the pin and drive it out.

I used a small pointed awl and a hammer and beat the snot out of the pin and it finally fell out. It was a son of a ***** for sure. Not any good angles to get to it.

Those are called roll pin punches a 1/8" would work
