how far down does a 318 pistons sit?

i was trying to see if a 3.51 stroke cranks can be put into a 318 w/stock pistons. its a 73 motor. I know they sit down the hole but how far?
i also have open chamber 360 heads if that makes a diff. im seenin a crank cheap

The 74 on the stand here is 84 thousands in the hole.
