The paint on my dart is overall in excellent condition. However, the previous owner left me a couple spots of filler (maybe six inches each) and a few areas where he took a little sand paper to it and scuffed up several square feet on the top. The trunk lid also needs to be completely repainted. There's also a hand full of the usual tiny dings that need to be fixed.

My question is would most guys just address these problem areas as best you could, match the color and call it good. Or move in the direction of repainting the entire car. Probably no wrong answer, just curious what others think.

Thanks!

I think if I was getting out the paint gun I'd take care of all the issues at once. Take care of all the little dents and dings as well as the problem areas you started and shoot the whole thing at once. But that's just me.

As above I also agree. Car looks clean enough you don't have to get into major repairs... straighten it up, and paint the entire car.
