$$ wise,forget it. Health wise,forget it. Many barriers before me. My M.S was very nearly killed off by my Paleo diet. Yes it worked. I was working out,lifting weights and considering a return to work.and then whammo! Shingles struck. So I've been fighting that off for 3-4 weeks now.Was actually a tripple whammy,head cold,M.S and shingles at the same time. Amazing how durable the human body is. As soon as this shingles crap is over with I think I'll be able to at least get back to my weights...
