how much to turn a forged crank

I found a 340 steel crank for $100, it has not been miched, I dont want to buy it til i get an idea how much to turn the crank of it needs it. or am i better off buying a Scat Cast crank ?

I paid 125 dollars for the last 4340 full radius steel crank turned...the cast crank i had turned was only 95 dollars.....

dont know if scat makes a 3.31 stroke crank for 340 mains........they make a 3.58 stroke for a 340 mains...

if it needs turned i guess that wouldnt be too bad of a price for a forged crank then,

My local shop polished my 360 crank std-std for $60.
