I'm not sure, but I think driving your kids around town so they can improve there BB gun skills falls in that department

Long Island police say Susan Becker, 43, of East Northport, bought a BB gun and gave it to her children. So far, that seems OK (or at least like it's nobody elses business). But it's what she allegedly had the kids do with it that's the real shocker: Cops say Becker drove her 15-year-old daughter, 13-year-old son and another teenage boy around the neighborhood so they could shoot at parked cars. Police are investigating more than 60 reports of damage to car windows in the area over the past few weeks. Becker was arrested and charged with criminal mischief,
