How to delete conversations?

I've read how to delete the conversations but it does not let me get into any spot to wear. I have an option to delete. It says it's 15% full. I'll reach my limit but I have no way to delete them. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Open the one you
want to delete click leave conversation

Go into the conversation, there should be three dots off to the left, tap that and you should get a drop down menu and select leave conversation.

It says I do not have any conversations but there's been several people that's tried to start a conversation and it says they've been blocked
