How to identify a AR Torq Trust D Wheel?

Hello,

I've one Torq Trust D Wheel in 6 x 15" size.
Now I am looking for a second wheel which fits to the existing part.
How could I identify my present wheel?
There are a lot of numbers of the back side.

thx for reply but I couldn't compare it. I missing the number at my wheel.

These informations are on the back side:
