How to move and transport an 80 gallon compressor?

-
Shoot only 600lbs. I carried that much weight in my lunchbox in grade school!

Listen to what these guys say about top heavy. I listened to someone else who said I should be able to walk it off the pallet. Well, that top heavy ***** went right over on me, and pinned me against the wall. Took some creative thinking to get that thing off of me.
Take the motor, and pump off. Go to HF, and buy a new cylinder. BE CAREFUL!

And that's how quick life changes..... I just had a relative die from a tree limb falling on him. Crazy how things can go sometimes...

I actually did move sugar and flour on a two wheel hand truck back in my night stock grocery store days.

We had a few contests to see who could two wheel the most.

Shrink-wrapped 5 lb bags in qty 10 is 50 lbs and you could stack 12 on an extended two-wheeler.

This was a straight up two-wheeler, not the fold out style with auxiliary wheels.

600 lbs.

I did it and so did one other guy.

Remember 1. Very top heavy. 2. Don't try it alone, 1 friend good, 2 friends-better. 3. Use a cherry picker to move, load and unload. 4. After finalizing location, drill and lag to floor with a rubber spacer/gasket from Tip's or someone similar.Parts & Accessories for Air Compressors - TP Tools & Equipment
5. Change the oil with a good grade compressor oil. 6. Enjoy.
