How to Paint the center of Plymouth Dog Dish Caps?

All - I have set of Plymouth dog dish caps that I would like to refurb and use. I can handle the polishing OK, my question is regarding how to paint the black for the Plymouth emblem. Is anyone aware of a masking template, or able to suggest a good process for painting the black? The attached is the most scuffed of the four.

Liquid masking from the hobby store. It goes on like rubber cement. When it's dry use a very sharp exacto knife to cut around the surfaces you want to paint. Peel off the masking on the parts you want to paint, leaving it on the parts you want masked. When it's dry, the masking peels off like rubber cement.
