How to position 71 Twister side stripes?

I will soon be installing the decals on my 71 Twister and - aside from looking at pictures - I'm wondering how to be sure my decals are located correctly. I'd hate to get them on the car and decide any of the decals were too high or too low. Looking at pictures, the door handle and gas cap should make the door and rear quarter panel easy enough to place. Anyone have measurements to position the stripe on the front quarter panel? How far back does it start and how far down from the top? Any measurements or tips would be appreciated.

Basically, if you line them up straight on the door and key off of those, you'll be fine. They quarters sit just below the bodyline. The main thing is to line all three sections up first using some masking tap or magnets to hold them in place, then take several steps back and see if they look like they are following the same plain.
